  1. Samsung's Native Capability:

Certain Samsung devices with One UI support native depth effects, particularly in their wallpapers and lock screen customization. Samsung often calls this a "dynamic lock screen" or "depth effect," which can blur or layer parts of the background behind the foreground subject for a 3D-like look. (This may vary by One UI version and model.)

  2. Using DepthFX App (Playstore Link):

The DepthFX app is great for adding depth effects manually. It works by taking an image, letting you define depth maps or apply pre-set depth filters, and rendering the final output. The app can also integrate with some live wallpaper tools for dynamic effects.

  3. KLWP Method:

With KLWP, you can create depth effects by manually separating an image's subject and background in an image editor. Save the foreground as a transparent PNG and use it as an overlay in KLWP. The background remains static, while you can add animations, parallax effects, or scaling to the overlay to simulate depth.

Select Lock screen or Home screen wallpaper.

Pick one of Samsung’s pre-installed wallpapers or use a photo from your gallery.

Look for a "Depth effect" toggle or similar option in the preview screen.
